  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing or using this website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this Site.
  2. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 18 years old, or 21 years old where required by law, to access or use this Site. To purchase firearms or other regulated items, you must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and be legally eligible to purchase and possess such items in your jurisdiction.
  3. FIREARMS & REGULATED ITEMS All firearm sales comply with federal law enforced by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, as well as state and local laws. You agree that: (a) Firearms must ship to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer, (b) You are responsible for selecting a valid FFL prior to order processing, (c) You are responsible for verifying, prior to placing an order, that your selected FFL is willing and able to accept the firearm and complete the transfer, (d) You are required to successfully complete all applicable background checks, and fulfill any training, documentation, permit, certification, or other legal requirements mandated by federal, state, and local laws in the jurisdiction where the firearm transfer occurs, (e) You must be legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms in the jurisdiction where the firearm transfer occurs.  Failure to meet these requirements may result in order cancellation and applicable fees.
  4. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY FOR LEGAL COMPLIANCE (OUT-OF-STATE SALES) Zeroed In Tactical LLC sells products nationwide. Laws vary by state, county, and municipality. By purchasing from this Site, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) You are solely responsible for verifying that any/all product(s) you purchase is/are legal in your jurisdiction, (b) You are legally eligible to own and possess the item(s) purchased, (c) You will not purchase or attempt to purchase any item(s) prohibited in your jurisdiction. We do not guarantee legality in your jurisdiction and reserve the right to cancel any order.  We do not ship any items to a jurisdiction in which it is restricted by law.  All legal responsibility rests entirely with the buyer.
  5. ORDERS & PAYMENT All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Pricing errors and inventory discrepancies may result in order cancellation
  6. SHIPPING POLICY (a) Firearms ship only to FFL dealers, (b) most accessories ship directly to the customer, where legally permitted, (c) parts and/or accessories that are required by applicable law to be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer will not be shipped directly to the customer, and in such cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to select and coordinate with a valid FFL dealer in accordance with the required transfer process, (d) customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping and, when applicable, FFL information, (e) shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS We may cancel orders due to (a) legal restrictions, (b) suspected fraud, (c) Incorrect pricing or availability, (d) invalid or missing FFL information.
  8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK You assume all responsibility for (a) safe handling, storage, and use of products, (b) compliance with all applicable laws.
  9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zeroed In Tactical, LLC shall not be liable for (a) injury, death, or damages resulting from product use, (b) legal violations by customers, (c) delays caused by carriers or third parties.
  10. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeroed In Tactical, LLC from any claims arising from misuse, negligence, or unlawful activity.
  11. CHARGEBACK POLICY Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and may result in (a) permanent account ban, (b) collection efforts.
  12. GOVERNING LAW These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, as well as the laws of the jurisdiction in which the customer is subject to.
  13. MODIFICATIONS We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changes.
