Refund and Return Policy

1.FIREARMS  All firearm sales are FINAL once transferred through an FFL.  Firearms cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse.  Defective firearms must be handled directly through the manufacturer.

2.FAILED BACKGROUND CHECKS / REFUSED TRANSFERS  If you (a) fail a background check, (b) a transfer is refused, (c) you provide invalid FFL, you will be responsible for (a) 15–25% restocking fee, (b) return shipping costs, (c) original shipping costs.

3.NON-FIREARM ITEMS (ACCESSORIES)  (3.1) Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, and the item must be unused and in original packaging.  (3.2) Return Conditions: (a) Customer is responsible for return shipping.  (b) Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4.NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Non-returnable items include (a) Ammunition, (b) Opened or used items, (c) Special order items, (d) Clearance/final sale items.

5.DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS Defective or damaged items (a) Must be reported within 3 days of delivery, (b) Provide photos and documentation, (c) We will coordinate replacement, repair, or manufacturer support.

6.RESTOCKING FEES  Restocking fees may apply to (a) refused shipments, (b) cancelled special orders, (c) distributor return charges.

7.ORDER CANCELLATIONS  Orders canceled before shipment may incur a restocking fee.  Orders already shipped cannot be canceled

8.REFUNDS  Refunds may be issued after inspection and approval, are processed within 5–10 business days, and are returned to original payment method.

9.DISTRIBUTOR-DEPENDENT RETURNS  Some items are fulfilled through third-party distributors and returns may be subject to their policies, including (a) return authorization requirements, (b) restocking fees, (c) manufacturer warranty handling.

10.CHARGEBACKS Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in (a) denied future purchases, (b) collection action.
