Its injection-molded fiberglass reinforced-nylon (FRN) handle includes Perrin's distinctive index finger groove that locks the user's hand to the handle when gripped firmly. The Bowie-style blade is full flat-ground from VG-10 stainless steel and has a non-reflective black ceramic coating.
