Some states infringe on the people's second amendment rights more than others, and it is the goal of Zeroed In Tactical, LLC to promote the legal and responsible ownership and use of firearms and firearm related products. All products sold by Zeroed In Tactical, LLC comply with federal law only, and each individual state may have different laws regarding legal ownership and use of some products. Zeroed In Tactical, LLC is not responsible or liable for any state laws that are violated by a customer purchasing products that are not legal in their state. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product(s) being purchased are legal to own in the state in which the customer resides, and/or the product(s) will be stored, used, possessed, etc. prior to making any/all purchases. Not verifying legality of product(s) prior to purchase is not a valid reason for a return, and it is the responsibility of the customer to discard the product(s) by legal means. Product(s) returned to Zeroed In Tactical, LLC for the reason of not verifying legality prior to purchase will be a handling and restocking fee of 25% of the purchased price for the product(s) being returned, and the shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer. Zeroed In Tactical, LLC will not provide legal advice or guidance related to the legality of any products.
Firearms, and any/all other prodcuts that are restricted to an FFL will only be shipped to an authorized FFL. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the FFL they wish to use prior to completing a purchase to ensure that the FFL will accept shipment(s) and conduct transfer(s) for online purchases. Any returned or unaccepted shipments due to the customer not verifying prior to purchase will result in the fees listed under Shipping & Returns.
